About This Treatment
Lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic, repetitive strokes that move fluid rather than working muscle. If you are expecting pressure, this will surprise you — the lymph system sits just under the skin, so more force would defeat the purpose.
Long-haul flights and a hot climate leave a lot of people with puffy ankles, heavy legs and swollen fingers. A drainage session moves that fluid along and usually leaves legs feeling noticeably lighter the same day.

No. This is relaxation and wellbeing bodywork, not medical lymphatic therapy. If you have a diagnosed condition such as lymphoedema or a heart or kidney condition, speak to your doctor first.
